Amy Hamilton was extremely helpful in the pre- and post sales efforts. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and quick responses made the process very easy to develop a recommendation and get approval for these purchases. In the rare case she did not know the answer, she put me in fromt of your product specialists or quickly got the issue resolved behind the scenes. She let me bring my key users into your demonstration room and was able to prove the capabilities of the equipment and open our eyes to new possibilities.

When the equipment was delivered, we had a minor problem with one Canon device. However, your repair team was very upfront about the issue and sat on my floor on two different occasions doing their best to solve it, with Canon looking over their shoulder. When those efforts failed, I was expecting a bit of a fight. Instead, I got full support from your company to completely replace the device with no further questions or hassles. That never would have happened under our old Corporate Account!

In short, you have made a lot of people very happy in my company. We have three departments with new equipment and capabilities and most surprisingly, you did all this within my budget and timeframes!
